The man who does this work owns his own shop in Texas and has already done MANY retrofits in much harder oem headlights than a z's and yes, they're documented. If you feel the need to babble more ridiculous skepticism feel free to email me, I'll set you straight ;) BTW, I think greatly improving your sight of the road and therefore safety during night driving is all but "foolish".
